I still do not like your carb sources. I would still trade out those sources for lower glycemic sources like brown rice, sweet potatoes and Ezekiel bread if you want bread. At your weight and bf I would keep the calories a bit lower as well if you jump the calories up to high you will more than likely put on more bf

Well, I'm lifting and aiming to decrease my total body fat count, but yes, I'm in the process of trying to bulk.

So, I removed a scoop of the Amplified Mass XXX, and my total intake came to 3549 calories, 102.2 fat, 256 protein, and 460.2 carbs. All I really need to do now is replace my whole bread with Ezekiel bread, right?

I would limit the simple sugar carbs(fruit) to first thing in the morning and pre post training as well. Just FYI it's going to be very hard to bulk and decrease bf at the same time. It's much easier to do one or the other. It will take almost a perfect nutrition plan to accomplish what your trying to do. The ph you are considering taking will probably suppress or shut down your natty test production as well leaving you with lie t symptoms

Absolutely, I'll have to change the fruit meal placement, then. By the way, Jim, thanks for the tips, you've been helpful.
