Live off shakes or just eat and endure the pain 20mins later? I'm on cut at the moment but I don't want to be wasting away all my mass?

stomach illness (if it is just typical) shouldnt last for more than a couple days... personally id eat if nausea doesnt prevent it. try to keep foods bland (ish) and REST man..

u could maybe even bump cals up around maintenance (maybe slightly under) a bit until ur better.

It's important to increase fluid intake when you are vomiting or have diarrhea. Adults should aim to get one cup of fluid every hour.

    1. If this is due to illness fix the illness. As said rest and recoup, you are going to be weak and be in an injury type state you do not want to make worse.

    2. Hydrate

    3. Maalox helps some people.

don't overdue the anti diahreal meds. take some psyllium husk fiber AND some anti diahreal meds. Pediolite if too lazy to make your own rehydration fluids. stay hydrated, eat soup, and what ever else you can put in a blender.

    take it easy mate.

If anyone is interested, today I am back at work and nearly over my illness,I'm still getting the odd stomach pain I'm really having to watch what I eat anything with any spice is a nono.

I am having a struggle with appetite and getting kcal now though, I can manage about 3 meals a day curios to anyone think of some good ideas to boost kcal and really protien intake, as of now I'm just trying to get the diet back up and running as I lost 4.8kg in 5days of been ill.

    Thanks

Another question my mrs thinks that the illness I got is from not storing my meals in a fridge at work as there is no space.

I take 3 meals to work which is my
    8.30am 200g chicken and 100g mixed veg

11am 250g chicken and 100g brown rice with veg

    1.30pm repeat of 11am

So I just used to store then under my desk and the office I work in is controlled to 19degeees, should I pick up a cooler carry case with ice packs in to keep them cool? Would help on a weekend anyway.

    Thanks
