Here is my macros split : 406.5g protein-------279.5g carbs ------------84.5g fats


Calories to bulk - 3504.5 cals

My TDEE : 2946 cals

AGE: 20
Height: 191cm
Weight : 82kg
Exercise: gym , 5 times a week(chest,arms,legs,back,shoulders).

Workouts won't be longer than 45-50 mins(gonna do abs 3 times a week).

Questions :
1) is the macro split good?
2) Should i throw in cardio 3 times a week(30-45 mins of low intensity)?
I want to try to reduce the fat gained as much as possible.


Critiques please.

P.S. I don't know my current bf% i guess it's around ~13%
