Diet advice for 500mg t cyp blast

Do I calculate my macros and calories differently on a cycle? Or should I increase any thing such as protein intake? Im already at a 1g per 1lb of lbm.

Im going for a lean bulk. What type of surplus should I be looking at? Thanks guys. Btw at around 2800 cals for maintenence.

activity levels are what drive changes in calories and macros, not aas.

Ok, just wanted to make sure. However i suspect the addition of aas inadvertently increases ones activity.

unless you are adding something entirely new to your program, such as an hour of cardio ed or eod, then it will probably have only a small impact.

90 minutes in the gym 4x a week off AAS is about the same as 90 minutes in the gym 4x a week on AAS when it comes to determining caloric requirements and activity levels.

Yea, all I meant was that adding AAS will give someone more energy than before, therefore it will probably make them workout a little harder, longer, and just do more activities in general

Well my experience is with trt and the main benefit of the higher test is loads more energy. I assumed it would be the same for higher levels of test. Perhaps im wrong though...
