On 28/3 I weighed 74.4kg at 17.8%BF (measured by DEXA scan)
I was then eating 2054 calories per day consisting of 252g protein, 70g fat, 102g carbs
my goal was to lose fat while trying to preserve as much muscle as possible
25 days later on 22/4 I had only lost 0.5kg of fat and had lost 0.5kg of fat-free mass
Frustrated, I want to reduce my calories by 500 per day but keep my protein at 250g. This only leaves me 500 calories for fat and carbs.
How should I allocate them? Should I be timing my intakes and if so, how?
So far I just decided to split them evenly.
So my diet is 252g protein, 28g fat, 64g carbs
The question I'm most concerned with is, if my carbs are only 64g per day will I need a weekly refeed and how should I do it?
