    Skipping breakfast..is it ok?

I usually eat breakfast religiously, even if I'm late I have to eat before I leave the house. The past few weeks I've had no appetite in the am so I've been replacing breakfast with a small snack of 200-300 cals. A few cups of skim milk and a piece of fruit etc. I've been reading more and more about breakfast not being that big of a deal...opinions guys? This is going from 600-800 Cal breakfasts

Just get your macros in for the day, doesn't matter how or when.
