Low cal condiment suggestions
Ok guys y'all really helped last time on the protein snacks, and I got some Ezekiel bread( which is awesome ). Now I need some ideas on low cal condiments. I know mustard, but it's getting boring. I use alvacados also. Any ideas would be great. Thanks Frank.

The numero uno cannot live life without must have or I rather not breathe....
Tony Chachere's original Creole seasoning.
ANY meat + ground dried garlic + Tony's + NO OIL = just incredible.
Ignore the marinades and bold....go original.

Second on my list would have to be home made gyro seasoning. Well worth the investment to make a big jar and use when needed.
1/2 tsp salt
1 tbsp paprika powder
1/2 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/4 tsp chili powder
1/4 tsp onion powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/2 tsp dried thyme
1/2 tsp dried rosemary
1/2 tsp cornstarch
As far as how to make gyro meat like the resto...
Key is to use a food processor. Take your ground meat and add it and let it go go go while adding spices every few seconds. After out of processor form the shape you want and let sit in ref for 24-36 hours. This allows the protiens to bond and become "solid". More of a recipe I guess but the homemade spice is number two item on my condiment/spice rack.

Condiments are used to enhance food flavoring and generally used in very limited quantities.
That basically makes just about every condiment low cal.
Unless you are for example drowning sushi in soy sauce or having fries with your ketchup (haha) there is no need to worry.
I would not however consider avocadoes as condiments.
