my cutting diet, please comment guys.

okay so ive started cutting, using aas with this to maintain most of my muscle mass and here goes todays diet which is similar day to day

    10:00 2 whole eggs, 4 egg whites
    11:00 100g raw oats & seeds
    1:00 100g lean mince beef & kidney beans & tomato's
    3:00 150g chicken breast & 100g brown basmati rice
    5:00 100g chicken & 4 heads brocoli
7:30 8oz sirloin steak & green salad with onion & tomato + tablespoon olive oil

im trying to eat every 2-3 hours and smal portions, the reason i ate first 2 meals in 2 hours is i was at home and feel less bloated eating one then the other an hour later, only consuming water & probally about 8 pints or so.

you say you are unsure about macros, so how do you know you are getting 200g of protein?

Protein looks like, you need to double check that. You didn't say you do any shakes either, so I dont think that a total of 20 ounces of meat is 200grams of protein. I am guessing more like 130-150 or so.

I do about 12-18oz a day( 170 grams X 2 or 3), and its around 130ish grams. You should look at the nutrition labels, and log everything.

Also need to calculate your fats and carbs though to be sure what your at so you can adjust later. It makes adjustments so easy if you know for sure what your doing, and not just a menu.

After a quick eduacated guess on your protein count, i would say 150g max.

No protein in meal #2 ?????

Increase meal #3 and #5 to 150g of mince or chicken.

Then calculate your fats and carbs around the protein.

This is why your stats haven't changed in 2 years and several cycles. Your diet has been mentioned to you before. You need to spend way more time researching this aspect rather than trying to make up its shortfalls in drugs.

this statement alone says you are not dedicated enough to want to grow or cut. You should know your EXACT calories that you take in each and every day. This is not a guessing game. We plan our meals based on our current goals and eat accordingly.
