Who's in charge here jk
hello,
just started really trying to eat clean and get my cals down.
I've been eating a lot more and have also recently started taking ON serious mass & ON whey protein. scoop of each right before a workout along with some chicken and rice (cup of rice not sure on exact amount of chicken )
having some trouble thought this was the correct place to post my question:
how do you guys keep down food? i felt like it was about to come up after i had to lay down for a while.

How many meals a day are you eating?
I find it fairly easy to eat enough, I eat 6-7 meals a day. The meals aren't big but they're frequent. (2.5-3hr)

eating 5 most of the days mostly weekends is when i get only four meals in. just had another meal not sure if i should throw in some whey after rice and some beef.. that was my last meal of the day. i guess i just need guidance diet isn't on point like i want it to be.. anywhere i can start reading about meal timing

It's because you ate right before workout. Eat 1-2 hours before.
