    Eating meal past 9 pm?

    Hi everyone

    I am hitting my macros and gym sessions but sometimes due to work i dont have my last meal until probably after 9 -10:30 pm.

    Is it bad? sometimes i hear meal timing matters and other times i hear it doesnt. What are your views?

    If you stick to your TDEE, diet (clean), and the macro if on one.... tose are the MOST important items. If you do these the impact of when is a minor factor. A meal late for someone who is above TDEE....that is an "issue".

    Many reasons to spread your meals out through the day (you want nutrition to be available when your spurt of HGH is released in the body) I eat my first meal at 6 AM and my last meal at midnight and my weight drop TDEE working like a charm.

    if you are hitting your macros, then why worry? are you seeing changes one way or the other?

    hit your macros and don't worry about the timing of your meals

    Great advice from everyone thank you.

    I have been seeing a noticeable difference i just wanted to make sure it does not affect my cut. which i should not worry about if im hitting macros plus gym sessions
