Lightbulb Easy BBing Food to Bring to a mini vacation.

So I'm almost mid cycle and had forgotten I was going to the aztec at seaside heights beach for MDW. Any suggestions on some easily bring able proteins and carbohydrates?

I was thinking of cooking 2 pounds of potatoes or so and bringing some oats for carbs since they are 99% of the time readily available where ever you are.

Lean protein - probably going to cook up 2lbs of steak and 2lbs of chicken and bring a gallon of milk with 10 scoops of whey in it. Also if I can't fit that much meat I'll grab some frozen microwavable chicken breast, but its as good as it sounds....
Any suggestions just spit it out. Thanks

Planning on minimizing drinking and supplementing with less harmful similar substances.*
No I am not on orals *

old fashioned beef jerky (without all the added sugar and salt)
oats and protein powder - to be consumed in the same shaker cup
    cans of tuna
cans of chicken (less expensive per lb than tuna)
    nuts
    multi vitamins
legumes (canned? - I like black beans)
    veggies (canned? - peas, etc)

none of this stuff needs to be refrigerated

No clue where you are going. Are you camping or going to have a cook stove, or a microwave? My last trip we precooked most things, but then used the stove to heat up things like lean beef burritos wrapped in tin foil, or will you not have access to either and relying on eating out if you don't bring food? Salads work well since you don't need to warm up your meat.

Great suggestions. Nuts are a great way to make sure you hit your alorie intake - the most important thing especially sjrt term like a vaca. Nuts and protein shakes could really do the job for you. Other suggestions are good as well but honestly you could get away with thise 2 things and be pretty damn ok for a week.
