whats the best daily calorie counting website ?
Hi
Currently iam using caloriecount.com . But have the feeling it is a bit inaccurate . Please let me know if this is the best site out there or if not then please let me know the best one to use . I am U.K based
any replies are much appreciated

since all food is different
bananas come in different sizes
portion sizes may be off a bit
then one would expect some variability between what you actually eat and what is reported. if any doubts, you can look it up here:

many thanks for reply . yes i appreciate it does vary a great deal as do these calorie count/logging websites
so iam looking for some feed back on the best ones . as i said iam using caloriecount.com . ive just tried myfitnessplus and found it to be shit
can anyone suggest a site better than caloriecount.com ?

I also use MyFitnessPal. Has an Android/iOS app which allows you to scan barcodes and you'll get the nutrition info (amazed at how many different foods they have in their database). Also has nutrition info for various foods at various restaurants. So no guessing there.
You can also share your info so, if you're working out with someone else, you can keep an eye on each other and exert a little peer pressure.
Also can list out your gains/losses in graph form if you like that kind of data.
Oh, and it's free.
Down side is, you only have limited control over the amount of weight you want to lose/how much time you want to take to lose it.
