    is parma ham that bad ?????

    basically i know parma ham isnt much good however i was bought a pack of 15 slices back from spain and want to much the sh*t out of them but im on a cutting diet and want to be good, is parma ham that bad to eat when cutting ? talking about once in a blue moon as its a treat not a day to day thing ! peace

    IMO it is irrelevant if it is bad. I mean if you have some bomb ham from Spain then I would eat it. Obviously if you sit down and eat it in one day then it is going to crush your macros but I would just adjust your daily macros to allow some for the day(s). You will sacrifice some of your protein macros for fats but it is not everyday you have Parma ham from Spain right?
    Hit the cardio a little harder on ham days if it really bothers you.

    just a little present bought back, not going off its just ive been very strict and only had one cheat meal this last 30 days so didnt want to break again, like you say its only ham so im guna go much it !

    Why did you get Parma ham from Spain and not Serrano or iberico?

    if you stay within your macros (protein/carbs/fat) you will be ok. or you can put a dress on it and call it a cheat meal...

    .....it's not the end of the world!
