What does your workouts look like?

    How long have you stalled?

What was your beginning stats and when did you start the cut?

    Thanks

Workout 3-4 days a week 40-50min cardio session
Followed by 1 hour heavy weight training. ISO/compound

I started this regimen 15 weeks ago. Started to stall out around
By week 8. Continued along and still at same weight. Might have lost
Some fat but, nothing as I would have liked to be at.

    Thanks for reply.

Weight is fairly irrelevant. LBM, however, is important. IMO you should stop weighing yourself and use a different kind of measurement to make sure that you are on the right track. Body fat would be your best option in this case as it would tell you where you are and if you check it again in a few weeks you will have a good idea if you are moving in the desired direction.

    Thanks
