    Looking for feedback on my Lean Bulk Diet

    hey guys

    im 24 years old. my stats are as follows:

    6'0
    198lbs
    12% bodyfat
    Maintenance cals: 2750

    I have done one Test-E cycle last year (500mg/week for 12 weeks) and everything went great. Started at 180lbs and got up to 210lbs (not clean, ate "dirty" just to eat 4000cals/day)

    I plan on doing,

    Test-E: 500mg/week for 12 weeks
    Winstrol : 50mg/day for weeks 8-14

    I want to lean bulk this time and keep it really clean. my diet is as follows

    Meal 1
    Oats/Egg White/Greek yogurt/Protein Powder Shake
    Ezekiel toast w/natural peanut butter
    Banana
    C125/P90/F15

    Meal 2
    8-10oz Chicken
    2 cups brown rice or pasta
    C90/P65/F5

    Meal 3
    8-10oz Chicken
    1 cup brown rice or pasta
    C40/P65/F5

    Meal 4
    8-10oz Tilapia
    1 cup brown rice or pasta
    C40/P65/F5

    Meal 5
    8-10oz Tilapia
    Salad w/Olive Oil & Veggies
    C5/P65/F15


    Totals are: 300g of carbs/350g of protein/50g of fat
    Calories are: 3050cals

    Swap your protein and carb amounts around. If you know your maintenance is 2750, rather than an estimate, you'd likely get away with a bigger surplus of calories.

    Don't forget as you gain your maintenance changes so will need to keep adding calories as your cycle progresses and, then again, during PCT.

    thanks for the input. my maintenance is roughly 2750-2900cals. im gonna stick with 3050cals for a couple weeks and see how the weight gain is, then bumb it up to 3250-3500cals.
