SNACK PACK Chocolate no sugar added pudding

Has anyone ever heard of these?

A single container of pudding only has 60 calories, 3 grams of fat and 7 grams of grab. It's also super low in sugar.

Probably by far the healthiest thing that grocery stores sell in their 'snacks' section... I'd say it's a good unplanned cutting season cheat meal.

wife bought a bunch of those powder 0 fat sugar free pudding mixes. Look disgusting to me. But I don't like replacement diet items that much unless I am like 500 calories a day and need something to trick me to think I'm getting more than I am getting.

can you pronounce all the ingredients?

do you know where all the ingredients come from in nature?

personally, i'll just stick to whole foods and skip the candy stuff......

No sugar added is not the same as sugar free, and sugar free is not the same as calorie free, and 0 calories does not mean 0.00 (significant figures) calories.

If you are looking for a cheat snack you can choose whatever you want as long as you track the calories.

No I don't, to answer your question. You're right. I just thought it was pretty low calorie for something that tastes good and that is 'cheaty'.

    no substitute for discipline...
...learn to eat the right way without the sugary flavors and you'll be ahead of the game in the long run.

    Good luck!

Yeah I know that for sure man! Most of the time I eat fish, seafood, chicken, nuts, egg whites, veggies and fruits, but sometimes I'm tempted to ingest things that I know I shouldn't (like alcohol lol).

I'll be honest, most of the time using substitutes like this makes cravings worse for me. Manage to satisfy a small craving like this, only to open up a larger one. It isn't always the case for me, but more often than not.

For me it's always small cravings, but they always come late at night, which is pretty much the worst time of the day to eat extra calories. ;x
