    Balance between prot/carbs/fat

    HI,

Im 6 feet, 225 pounds and about 15% bf ... Im 35 years of age

I would like to loose fat, lean up, but my objectives arent to loose weight. I know i will loose some weight and muscle no matter what, but i would like to minimize that. I work out 5 to 6 times a week (once a day)

HERE IS MY DIET ... My BMR is about 2.200 calories a day, so i set up a diet a 2.500 calories ... i dont know if thats too low ?

    1 SCOOP SHAKE IN WATER
    1 TABLE SPOON PEANUT BUTTER
    15 ALMONDS

    2 FULL EGGS
    4 EGG WHITES
    100 GR CUP BROCOLI
    2 OMG

    250 GR CHICKEN BREAST
    100 GR SPINACH
    2 OMG

    1 CAN TUNA
    40 GR OATMEAL
    1 TABLE SPOON PEANUT BUTTER
    15 ALMONDS

    ********POST WORK OUT********

    2 SCOOP SHAKE IN MILK

    250 CHICKEN BREAST
    1 MEDIUM SWEET POTATO
    2 OMG

    1 SCOOP SHAKE
    15 ALMONDS

    that gives approx. in total:

    TOT. PROT 259 gr
    TOT. CARBS 114 gr
    TOT. FAT 115 gr

Please i need advise on this diet. Like i said primary goal is to loose fat and minimum bodyweight.

    Thanks

your break even calories is somewhere around 3300/day
your min protein requirement is about 290 grams/day
but you should probably be closer to 330 grams/day

I was able to knock this out for you in about 30 seconds....

thank you mate. believe it or not, for about six months, I was actually paid to design and create excel spreadsheets....

....the concept is called, amongst other things, analytical or design modeling.
