Alright guys so I am on a pretty strict diet regiment mainly trying to keep lean muscle but eliminate as much body fat as possible.

I am currently eating 7 meals a day
Meal 1-4 whole eggs, 4oz ground turkey, 1 cup spinach.
Meal 2-6oz white fish, 1 slice ezekiel bread with almond butter
Meal 3-6oz grass fed beef, 1 cup broccoli
Meal 4/Pre-workout-1/4 cup cream of rice with almond butter, 2 scoops whey isolate protein, 1 scoop karboline
Meal 5/Post-workout-6oz chicken, 1 cup broccoli
Meal 6-6oz white fish, 1 cup broccoli
Meal 7-2 scoops whey protein isolate with almond butter.
Total calorie intake is 3,120
Total protein intake is 323g
Total carbohydrates is 192g all complex carbs
Also I would like to include I wake up every morning prior to my first meal and do sprint intervals and agility work 6 days a week. Later on in the day I do a full powerlifting regiment Mon,Wed,Fri squat days Sat Deadlift day Tuesday Back and arms, Thursday chest and shoulders. Any advice would be appreciated and helpful thank you.
