If they weren't the FDA would/could go after them and heavily fine them and you as the customer would probably be able to get financial recourse. It's cheaper just to print accurate nutritional labels than suffer those consequences, especially for such a large and public company.

I suppose I'm just skeptical because they say they use "patented techniques" to make the products taste good with low fat and high protein.

Fascinating, I have never looked at this (actually never ate one) but I am wondering why they need four (4) sweeteners? And then they use Salt to offset the taste just like Coke Funny!

I'd imagine each bar has different ingredients and nutrient facts. But for this particular flavor it's 310 mg of sodium... Could be worse!

My favorite is chocolate chip cookie dough. Bake those at 375 for 7 minutes and they actually taste like chocolate chip cookies!

I try not to eat too much of these, but keep one in my bag because if I'm out and need something; they are still better than so much of what is quick and available.

The cinnamon roll flavour are delish.

If it is in my bag I eat it. Goes for pretty much any food.

Cant go wrong with Questbars!!! Wish they were a lil cheaper though...Austinite said it best about being on a cycle that your most expensive expense is FOOD.

I don't know if it falls in the "good for you" category, but as far as meal replacement bars / snacks go they are great!

They have better macros than everything else that's out there, most food bars/protein bars are horrible - might as well eat a snickers!

I personally do not make them a regular part of my diet, but I have them around for when I can't get a meal.
