with you not having carbs in your diet yesterday, your body will not hold as much water. i bet if you high carbed and drank a lot of water, you could prob gain back 5-7 pounds over a day. glad to see that the scale is moving in the right direction!

Well, following every no carb day is a high carb day. I woke up, had a cup of hot tea, downed my morning dose of T3, and hit the gym for 40 minutes of elliptical. I came home and ate 7 eggs (five white, two whole with yolk) a slice of toast (no butter, thanks to the recommendations here), and TWO bowls of oatmeal with nothing on them but cinnamon and a teaspoon of 2% milk for flavoring. About 11:00, I had a cup of brown rice, broccoli and half a pound of chicken.
Carbed up and ready to lift!

The unrecorded 4 days before this over a long Fourth of July weekend were filled with chocolate chip cookies and beer - added 5 pounds in 4 days. One can do a lot of damage in a short period of time.
Weight today = 210, so things are moving in the right direction again..Last edited by oldnsedentary; 07-12-2014 at 06:11 AM.

46, 6 feet, 215 pounds = NOT OLD and not really fat, I think over 20% something is fat. 46 means your wiser and not a kid. Keep up the good work with your meal planning. Looks like your dropping that fat out of your diet.
