    Opinions on my diet

    Been dieting for about three months and progression has slowed ,down 30 pounds aiming for another 15.
    I'm 6'0 205lb and 20 years old
    8 a.m.
    45 min fasted cardio
    9 a.m.
    Great Value - Instant Oatmeal , 0.75 cup
    10 egg whites
    11 a.m.
    Cut Broccoli, 1 cup
    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast*, 7 oz
    1 p.m.
    Flax - Flax, 2 tbsp
    Whey Isolate Protein
    3 p.m.
    Cut Broccoli, 1 cup
    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast*, 7 oz
    6 p.m
    Weight training followed by 30 mins walking
    7:30 p.m.
    PWO shake (Dextrose 40 g, Whey Isolate Protein)
    9:30
    Cut Broccoli, 1 cup
    Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast*, 7 oz
    Sleep around 1-2 a.m.
    Totals Cal:1,711 Carb:99 Fat:24 Protein:278

    looks good, and it's under your TDEE... just switch it up when it gets boring.. or it's gonna get the best of you

    Looks way too low IMO. Depending on your bodyfat % but you haven't mentioned that. What is it?

    There's a chance you have some metabolic adaption if your cals have been that low all along. Have they?

    Your fats are most certainly too low too but without your bodyfat % it's difficult to give a full critique.

    I'd also suggest ditching the fasted cardio and doing it in a fed state after your lifting sessions but do HIIT instead. Good luck OP
