so ive been hearing about "carb loading" when on a strict cutting diet am i right in thinking say you do a very strict cut for 2 weeks with extemerly low carbs that one day every 2 weeks you should have a day when you eat a load of carbs to fuel up and it wont slow down your fat loss gains ?? not saying pizza etc more like oats,nuts,potato's wholegrain bread etc i know id love to start the day with 3 pieces of wholegrain bread smothered in peanut butter !!!!!!! ;)
You can eat whatever you want just keep your calories under your tdee, caloric deficit is all that matters.
No but I was lead to believe say 14 days streight you only consume 1800-2000 cals of high protein low carbs & fats that once every 14 days it can be wise to up the calerie's to say 4000 for that day of high carbs, high fats and the same amount of protein so focus on getting in the carbs and fats that day which can aid in fat loss and muscle growth & repair when you go back to your 2 weeks of strict dieting again. I guess it's like a shock on the body???

as long as ur protein is adequate, fats are where they need to be, then u should be fine.
u mentioned bread and peanut butter.. typically when refeeding u dont want to increase fats from where they are the rest of the time, just carbs, which may cause u to have to adjust some other parts of ur diet.
