    NEED HELP Clen 120mcg and carb cycling not seeing any improvment.

    I have been on clen 120mcg for almost 2 weeks and carb cycle 3low, 1high. Im not seeing to much improvement:
    Stats:
    26yr
    5'9
    Before diet: 198lbs and now 190 (8lbs but I still look the same, so im figuring it was water)
    TDEE: 3294

    Days/ Clen/ Carbs/ Cardio/ Lift/
    1 20mcg 150 20mins 90mins
    2 40mcg 120 20mins 90mins
    3 60mcg 150 40mins
    4 80mcg 200 20mins 90mins
    5 100mcg 100 20mins 90mins
    6 120mcg 50 40mins (fasting cardio) 90mins
    7 120mcg 30 40mins (fasting cardio) 60mins
    8 120mcg 30 40mins (fasting cardio) 90mins
    9 120mcg 300 40mins 90mins
    10 120mcg 50 40mins 60mins
    11 120mcg 50 40mins 60mins
    12 120mcg 30 60mins keto 2mg
    13 120mcg 70 60mins keto 2mg
    14 120mcg 300 40mins 90mins keto 2mg


    Low carb Diet: (times very) That's roughly 1850 calories.
    275g protein
    55g fat
    0-70g carbs
    Morning: Protein pancakes (2 scoops of whey protein, 1 cup egg white, 1 medium sweet potato, 2 tablespoon peanut butter(skippy) 2 tablespoon reduced suger jelly) and Monster energy drink (rehab 10 calories 0 sugers)

    3 hours later: 10oz of grilled chicken

    1 1/2 hr later: (130mins) cardio & workout

    Post workout: 1 scoop iso whey

    30mins later: 10oz of grilled chicken

    3 hours later: 14oz ny strip steak

    1 hour later: 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (skippy)


    High Carb Day/Refeed Calories Roughly 2600
    275g protein
    55g fat
    250-300g carbs


    Morning: 1 multi grain bagel w/ reduction fat cream cheese, Protein pancakes (2 scoops of whey protein, 1 cup egg white, 1 medium sweet potato, 2 tablespoon peanut butter(skippy) 2 tablespoon reduced sugar jelly) and Monster energy drink (rehab 10 calories 0 sugars)

    3hr later: 2 bowls of honey oat and 2 scoops of protein

    2 hr later: workout

    post: 1 scoop iso whey protein

    30mins 14oz grilled chicken w/ 1 avocado

    2 hr later: 2 tablespoon peanut butter

    3 hr later: 14oz ny strip steak w/ 1 medium mashed sweet potato

    1 hr later: 2 tablespoon peanut butter

    Questions:
    1: do you guys think im not eating enough calories so my body is going into survival mode and keeping the fat and burning the muscle?
    2: how does my diet look?
    3: is steak every night ok for cutting?

    oh sorry I forgot to add that. 13.5% and now its 12.5%... I guess 1% in 14days is pretty good but does it seem good on clen and carb cycling?

    if ur hitting ur macros the diet is okay.

    4tbsp peanut butter is 32g fat.. that leaves 23g to hit ur 55g fat..

    .5% per week is good fat loss. i would not complain about that and suggest u not either. maybe this is evidence that clenbuterol isnt a miracle fat burner??

    either way id keep going with what ur doing because its working. 10 weeks of that progress would put u at 8.5% body fat.. id think by then u would prob be okay with it huh..
