So instead of purely carb cycling or using the TKD eating carbs (75-125) split pre and post workout, has anyone done a variation of both?
Say
Mon- TDK style
Tues TDK style
Weds- refeed, high carb
Rinse and repeat and on off days keeping carbs around 50 grams from veggies and starches (low GI carbs)

Pretty much timing your carbs on your low carb days during pre and post workout and having the reefed of carb cycling. Thoughts?
