zero grams of fat in my diet ???

so today is as below, now i know theres some fats in chicken but i dont particually count that. for my cardio day i tend to keep things extemely strict so here goes. even for cutting am i too low on fats/carbs. most days i eat more carbs/fats but about 3 days of the week are like so:

    meal 1:
    4 aminomax8000 tabs by gaspari
    6 egg whites (boiled)
    black coffe

TRAIN (25 minutes abs & 20 minutes cardio)

    meal 2:
    200g skinless chicken breast
    150g broccoli
    4 aminomax8000 tabs
    black coffe

    meal 3:
    200g skinless chicken breast
    150g broccoli
    half onion

    meal 4:
50g protein powder 25g whey & 25g casein (sometimes have egg whites but i mix it up)

    BED

is this diet way too strict ? like i say i wouldnt eat like this so much on training days just sometimes on my cardio days. should i maybe throw some PB in with my shake ?

Have you calculated the total calories and macros per day? Are you eating this 7 days a week? Seems way too light and meal 4 isn't a meal.

no just 2-3 times a week mate. mainly on non weight training days. on training il consume about 100g carbs & 250g protein & then fats just comes from my meat & something like avacado. are fats still essential even when cutting ?? will it slow down my fat loss by not consuming fats ?

You've had dozens of offers to fix your diet over the years.nevery week it seems you have a different plan of attack and you wonder why things don't particularly work for you.

Get a plan and stick to it and stop fvcking about man.

Sounds a little wishy washy man. You know nutrition is everything. We beat this issue to death around here and it just doesn't click for some people. You can NOT achieve results you are after if your diet isn't planned out and nailed down. There is no way around this. Diet is the foundation for success and if you don't eat to grow, you will NEVER grow.

Fats are just as important as your other macros. Many people falsely label fats as "bad" contributing to fat retention. There are a lot of good, healthy fats and they are equally important as soluble and insoluble fiber for dietary management. I wouldn't eliminate fats, but like other macros, they need to be consumed in proper proportions.

From what BIB is suggesting, it sounds like a lot of advice has been offered. Don't get caught up in paralysis by analysis. Plan your nutrition, work your plan.

I use that with my staff and docs from time to time to kick them into gear.

bro you are not eating close to enough. Fats are GOOD if it's from a good source. Almond butter is way better than peanut butter btw. Give it a shot. You need to be eating far more. With your diet (depending on your metabolism and build) you're more than likely going to have some muscle wasting. You need to figure out what your macros actually are. It's hard to actually do a structured cut if you don't even know what you're putting into your body. Don't cut carbs completely out of your diet either. too much protein and too little carb will make you look bloated. I'm a pretty unique person but I eat almost twice as much carbs as I do protein and I am losing body fat. Stay intense in the gym and get your diet locked down and ride with it.

    flyguy,

I am a bit confused. You have ran 2 cycles (Three with this one) since 2011 and did not start asking diet questions until 2013 (unless I am missing something). At this point you must have realized how important the diet is and see how much one must stick to it (Massive amount of excellent logs to look at in this very forum). Regardless of which approach you chose you need to run it for a month at least to see how it is affecting your body. A while back you asked about a cheat meal once and a while, then you had a massive cheat day that made you feel fat and now all fat in one meal. You are kind of all over the place. I am honestly not sure there is anything else you should take away from this except Back in Black's advice which is quite spot on. Just stick to one plan and let it play out.

    Thanks
    ~T
