So im cutting im at 120mcg clen..
My stats:
190lbs

5'9
TDEE :3000 calories
Carb cycling:
3 low 0-75 carbs: 1800 calories
1 high 300 carbs: 2700 calories
My question is lately i have been training at night 8pm-10pm.. Since im cutting what do i take for a pwo meal? I know to take my iso whey shake but no carbs right? I go to sleep by 11:00ish. Thanks boys
