Was wondering why the low carbs isn't working this time around like it did before and in these threads I think I have a better understanding. Body has been conditioned to process what I eat a certain way. Need to eat a more rounded diet including carbs or my body to build and hold muscle instead of producing and retain fat. When u was apprentice pipe fitter an old timer used to say "ask it shall be given to you, seek and ye shall find, knock and it shall be opened to you" Boy ain't it the truth all kids of doors have been opened on thus site.
