Angry Strength Loss On Caloric Deficit

I'm avenging 2400 cal net a day to cut some bf%, currently I'm at ~14% at 230 lbs. I have noticed a loss of strength on my chest days only and it's frustrating me. It has been a good 60 lb drop on most chest pressing exercises but not flies and pulls. Other body parts are the same so i don't know whats going on with me. Is this normal its my first time actually trying to cut some fat and counting macros and calories. I train in the AM before meal on most days, all the time though.

so you are 6 or 700 cals below tdee by the looks of it. it is not uncommon to lose some intensity and/or strength while cutting. If you are in the experimenting mood, you could, while keeping your total cals the same, bump up your carb intake and offset it with reductions in fat intake. The additional infusion of carbs may make the difference.
