So once a week on a Sunday I like to up my carbs from about 80-100g to around 300g my question is I've been out all day so it's been a protein only day if I have say 300g oats, raisins and linseed with scoop casein before bed is this a dumb IDEa ? On a very strict cut so don't want to do anything negative but I do find it fuels me throughout the week will this put weight/fat on as il be going bed after and not burning it ? At 13/14% want to hit 10 in 3 weeks
