1 cheat meal a week for someone who's looking to get cut asap !
if your trying to get shredded in the quikest time possible is it still okay to have 1 cheat meal a week ? 35 clean meals with 1 bad cant set you back right ? i hear it can actually be quite beneficial to fat loss to have that cheat meal ??? whats the score ? and i mean meal not day, a meal when i can have a 3000cal burger and fries thats not included in my macros. eat that day like normal, clean etc with low carbs then have it for dinner. guess it could be called a refeed ?
