This isn't for me its for my girl and I am not exactly sure what she is supposed to do. I eat a lot and been cheating a decent amount up until a couple of weeks ago when I started my cut for my vacation in 6 weeks. However I do so much cardio I can get away with it. Not that I look insane but def not bad either.


She calculated her tdee and macros. I dont remember the split she is following. Probably 50/30/20. She is around 1500 calories a day as she trains 5 days a week and does muscle endurance and cardio kick boxing. Sometimes according to her monitor she is burning 800 calories. My question is should she be eating some of those calories back? This is where I get confused and really am no help to her. I dont follow my tdee down to a T. I kinda just adjust based on what I am looking for and how I am feeling.
