2g protein per LB bodyweight when cutting or less ?

with the 2g protein per lb bodyweight does that go for cutting & bulking ? eating high protein doesnt have a negative effect with fat loss right as long as your fats/carbs are under control ?

it's 1.5grams of protein per one pound of LBM

which means you need to know your body fat %

You've been 90kgs at 15% bodyfat for a few years now. Looks like you have lost muscle with all these cycles rather than gained it.
