Noob question - What should I be doing?

    Lift Time: 4 Months
    Age: 25
    TDEE: 1239
    Height: 5'8"
    Weight: 140-145
    BF%: Between 20-25%

So when I started I weighed about 115 (struggled with gaining weight). I ate anything and everything and got up to about 135 in the first two months. Since this is my first year of training should I put more emphasis now on losing the fat I've put on? Will I still be making gains while cutting since I have more noobie muscle to put on?

I have been lifting heavy full body workouts(Squats, Bench, Deadlifts, etc) 1 day on 1 day off for the past 4 months. I walk for an hour on the rest day.

    Thanks.

I think you need a Bodpod to get your body fat % correct. If you are actually 140lb and 20% BF you gained pretty much nothing and must be eating crap.

I doubt cutting is where you need to go though.
