I'm going to start cutting a month or so from now. Currently 5 8 175lbs 18 to 20% bf. I'm looking to get below 15% bf. Going to start with a calorie deficit of 300 to start. Haven't cut in awhile, I hate it. But I'm question is. Do I want to base my tdee on my lbm or total weight?
