    carb cycling when strict dieting

so cutting at the moment, about 12% b.f im doing 1 day of weight next day abs and cardio and so on. on weight training days im having 100-200g carbs from greens, oats &brown rice and cardio days im having 20-40g carbs from greens. today is weight training i have just had 200g oats with mixed seeds & protein powder however that will be my only carb meal. is carb cyling good. 1 day of about 150g carbs, next day 20-40g and so on ? is 200g oats before training too much when cutting ? felt like i needed it as very low on energy.

Many do very well cutting with carb cycling. How is it working for you is the important thing. Nutrition has guidelines but you really need to find what will suit you personally man.
