    Diet while injured

I pulled or strained a muscle pretty bad in rib cage, workouts are very limited. On days when not able to work out should I still hit all my normal macros, or cut some back. If so where should I cut back at pro's, carbs, or fats

your BMR remains unchanged. adjust your activity level appropriately and your TDEE should come down
