todays diet.... not too much protein right ?

1.
200g oats
40g whey
20g PB
black coffe
TRAIN: BIG BACK & TRICEP SESSION !

25g whey
4 egg whites
cup boiled peas
slice lean ham
3. BBQ
150g chicken breast
extra lean beef burger
mixed greens
4.
25g whey protein
5 egg whites
5.
300g cottage cheese
6.
2 salmon fillets about 250g
BED
my question is im eating high protein and on a very strict cut & only eating carbs before workouts, this high protein wont slow down fat loss right ? when cutting should you only consume the exact amount of protein you need or is it okay to go over ??Last edited by nutrition7771; 07-27-2014 at 11:28 AM.
