i feel fantastic now ive fed up, nothing bad or no cheat meals ! carbs from oats/bananas & brown rice but y-day was so low on energy and cravings but held off so today i felt like i really needed to feed up. off away in 4 days so thought id feed myself up and next 4 days will be 50-100g carbs 250g protein & 30 fats wether i like it or not !!! hah feel like i look fat now which im sure is all mentality ! ( i hope) lol
today i just calculated up my macros and calories and was very supprised actually as its almost double my normal intake.
    4293 cals from:
egg whites, whey protein, salmon, turkey, venison, cottage cheese, oats, brown rice, bananas, peanut butter & raisens
    48% carbs 507g
    24% fats 110g
    28% protein 288g
this good amount for a refeed every 4/5 days ?

Like jimmyinkedup said, you have to feel this out yourself, there is no one answer when you are down on this level of body fat.
