hey guys new guy here need some help

endomorph body type
213 lbs
bmr = 2055.79
tdee = 3186
lbm = 164
23% bf
i train 5 days a week 1 hour of lifting followed by 20 mins of cardio
i eat 6 meals a day
im on trt 150mg a week with 500iu of hcg once a week.. been on two weeks ..want to get ready to do a cycle of test in 6 months to a year i want to get ready for it i want to bring down my body fat to 15% ..i am still learning about proper diet ..what kinda micro split should i do? and how many calories do i need to be at to loose this bf? any input would be helpful
