cutting diet log critiques welcome
current stats are 194 was 197 about 5 days ago 5'10 15% bf at the end of my last bulk.
meal#1
16 ounces of egg whites and 1 apples blended in a nutribullet this ones actually really good.
1/4 cup of steel cut oats
total value 54g protein, 41g carbs
meal#2
6oz of turkey meat and 2oz of cheddar cheese
total value 45g protein 18g of fat
snack#1
1oz almonds
14g fat, 6g protein, 6g carbs
meal#3
8oz chix and 4oz sweet potatoes
48g protein, 24g carbs
meal#4
2 scoops of protein and a banana blended
48g protein, 25g carbs
snack#2
1oz almonds
14g fat, 6g protein, 6g carbs
meal#5
same as meal #3
48g protein, 24g carbs 48g when this meal is my pwo meal
meal#6
nutribullet shake which ingredients vary
value 21-30g protein, 16g of fat, 16g-25g of carbs
snack#3
1oz of almonds
14g fat, 6g carbs, 6g protein
total value of all meals is around
289g protein, 179g carbs, 67g fat which is about 2,343 calories a day
I workout at least 5 times a week and run 2-3 of those days

Have you started this diet yet?
Looks good to me but you may want to throw that almond snack out. Depends on where you are at after eating for a few weeks. If no weight loss (1-2 pounds a week) after two weeks, either increase cardio or drop some cals.

the only reason I added them is because I only have 66g of fat with those snacks added in, and I do bad with carbs. I have started and was down 3 pounds the first 5 days I will have to tweak it later because my losses usually taper off around week 7-8. and thanks for the reply.
