    Diet and calorie intake help...

    Hey, I'm currently trying to bulk up and add more muscle but I'm unsure on what my calorie intake should be...
    I cycle to work every day so I know I need to account for doing loads of cardio...does anyone have any advice on how to work out how much I should be eating and what the best foods are to eat..... Any advice and help would be majorly appreciated by this newbie

    You need to figure out your tdee (see stickies) and then add cals to bulk, there is also a list of common bodybuilding foods as well.
