    Pooping solid...

Was having trouble hitting my macros with whole foods, and didn't want to resort to pure whey, so I started making my own shakes. Typically I base it with 16oz liquid egg whites, a whole peach or banana, a scoop of whey and depending on macro needs, some canned chicken, oats, and/or milk.
Works out great. It takes very little time, cleanup is easy, you can carry a container to work if need be, etc. I usually drink 1-2 a day depending on need. The problem is, I output cloudy water all the time now. I've tried psillium root pills, adding up to around 10g a day. Still pooping water. Anyone got a magic bullet?

    Add in some fiber.

Try phylum husk or Metamucil or something to that nature.

    Also, eat more broccoli/fibrous veggies.

^agree^ I throw the spinach and kale right into the mix cant even taste the veggies.. Also try replacing the milk with almond milk.

Did I read that right? Are you putting canned chicken in your shakes?

I've tried the canned chicken and egg white shakes, as I thought I read somewhere thats what Roman was doing. Let me tell you, your more of a man than I because it was terrible.

    This!

If I eat them, diet/stool normal

If I drink them, I can clear out a whole office building!
