Help with setting up a meal plan.
I'm no stranger to lifting, but when it comes to nutrition I'm kind of at a loss. Stats are:
28yrs
5'7
173lbs
Bf% around 13% had it checked by one of those scales and not sure how accurate they are.
Lifting for around 4 years natural
Honestly, I don't even really have a meal plan to give you guys to critique, I just kinda eat when I'm hungry at the moment. It's all healthy but probably not enough. I'm trying to gain lean muscle at the moment. Any help would be appreciated.

have you done ANY work learning about nutrition?
I'll tell you what. I'll put together a nutrition plan if you can tell me what a TDEE is, what a BMR is, and how many calories you THINK you need to grow muscle.
Fair enough?

Tdee = Daily energy use, and you got me on the bmr. I also don't know what my calories should be for the day. Could just lie and Google all this and act like I do but I'd rather not. So I guess I'll just study more.
