@tripmachine I'm gonna post some pictures pretty soon , at end of my 6th week
Today i had a decent leg workout, although i didn't expect much because it's my first leg workout since the injury , damn am i tired now after those squats lol..and hungry like a bear..gonna bite on that chicken breast and white potatoes now!

Feeling good today , was a rest day from the gym since i have some obligations tomorrow , and had very limited time today , although i dislike my "hourglass" look at this moment , seems like fat feel off from the upper body , but love handles are still pretty big(annoys me horribly)

I too want to do ECA.... I used to buy Vasopro pure ephedrine for like 10 dollars / 48 tabs of 25mg ephedrine per tab... NOW I don't know what ephedrine to buy and Vasopro has gone through the roof in price. WHAT ephedrine are you planning on getting? I want some ECA options / ideas but don't want to pay 50-100 dollars a month. I would probably be running 50-75mg ephedrine ed I think ECA is AWESOME so it's a good idea imo

Sorry i was absent a bit , went to other town to do an MRI scan(most horrible experience ever , being 40 mins in that tube - I'm claustrophobic)
Anyway had a great back training yday , today i was traveling mostly to do that scan and i came home so damn late ..
@tripmachine I'm getting mine from a friend , i think he orders it from Hungary or smth like that , gonna test it out soon

Back workout was awesome yday , time to hit the legs now , feeling moody today because I'm moving to main city on monday since my university starts then , gonna stay in a crappy hotel for a month probably won't even have a fridge so I don't know how I'm gonna solve the nutrition problem :/

Good workout yesterday , im gonna keep doing hardcore gym trainings when i move to other town but i don't know if i'll be able to keep up with nutrition from monday for like 2 weeks(no fridge in room).

I really had strength today to do legs , it was great! Tomorrow I'm moving to the other city so I need to find another gym , also nutrition is gonna be a bit off
Any1 can give me a suggestion on what to do? I don't have a fridge in my room ( gonna live in a hotel for a month ) , neither i have anything to cook on.

I am enjoying keeping up with your log! Thanks for taking the time to put it up on the forums. I hope that things go smoothly with your transition in gyms and that you are able to sort something out for your nutrition.
Is it feasible to keep foods in an ice box for a day or two until you prepare them? You would have to shop more often but could perhaps shop every other day.

Anyway I moved on monday , didn't have net till 20 mins ago lol , started in a new gym since the 1st day i moved , was doing some great workouts , i found some oatmeal in a market nearby that i've been having for breakfast , also there are boiled eggs in a hotel for breakfast so that's covered , for other 3 meals i've usually been eating in a China restaurant , mostly gettin some rice and chicken , I know it's not perfect but it's as bad as it could be.

I didn't have such arms pump for a long time , feeling great , it seems im still managing to cut even with my a bit over the edge nutrition atm and that makes me really happy lol.

My workouts keep getting better and better , strength keeps increasing , i kinda found a solution to my diet problem as well
There is a nearby "restaurant" that sells cooked food , u can buy it in grams , it's pretty cheap , and u can buy cooked chicken breast , spinach , rice etc..i guess it's not the best thing but it's kinda the top solution at this moment + it's really close to my apartment

Chest workout done , I've done 6 reps 70kg bench today(155 lbs or smth like that) considering my bench was always the weakest i'm proud of the result lol
Somehow squats and deadlifts were always easier for me(at least strength-wise).

Did back today , went really good , I'm still not cooking my meals(not equipped for that) , although it seems to me that:
1) My bf % hasn't changed since i'm here(or it went down just a little bit)
2) I've gained some muscle(which can be possible since i'm probably getting more cals in now + my testosterone is back to normal)
3) Strength has increased
4) Appetite has increased also , i'm feeling hungry constantly - the cause of this might be the climate change , since it switched from really hot to really cold weather in a matter of days.

did you go back and re-work your macros since you have gained some mass? your TDEE and maintenance cals should change as you progress. glad to hear that your strength is up! are you HRT/TRT?

Yeap , i was on clomid therapy for 3 months seems like it did the job , I'm getting my gyno removed in january , it took some time to feel the effects of increased T , seems like after every month i keep feeling better and better in various aspects..
