Fat Burners?
I just watched a Jay Cutler diet video and he said a lot of people take a fat burner when they are trying to lean out - not year round - but while they are trying to "lean out".
What is a good fat burner that will burn off minimal muscle.
A friend has used Ephedra in the past and had great results with it.
Anyone know of anything worth using on a high protein, minimal carbs (eating only required amount of carbs as per energy expenditure) diet?

The basic ephedrine, caffeine, aspirin stack has always worked well for me.

Okay.
What would you say is the best/fastest way to do this:
1) Cut now, from 19% BF to 14% BF.
Then watch my carbs carefully and lean bulk.
Or
2) just continue eating only carbs needed for energy expenditure, low fats and trying to gain muscle, lose fat?

personally id cut first.
more important than watching carbs is watching total calories.
what are ur stats?
what is ur macro split gonna look like?

6ft 185lbs. 18-19% BF.
I was going to have 300g protein/day, keep fats below 100g, eat carbs only as I need them. So 150-300g carbs depending if it's a training day and if I am working that day. But 300 g protein no matter what.
But I don't really want to cut this cycle. I want to lean bulk, I know I can, I've done it before naturally with success.
I am actually considering adding 30mg dbol to my cycle for 4 wks, since my test has done nothing so far, it's either weak or bunk and I don't want this cycle to be a complete waste. I realize it makes people bloat but I think that is because of shitty diet. I've read lower doses with a clean diet can produce great results.Last edited by Jcz85; 08-23-2014 at 12:49 PM.

IMO 300g protein is more than u need.
if u run 300p, 300c, 100f u will probably get fatter IMO.. no way around that.

^^^ id start here and cut by gradually reduce carbs by 20-30g weekly and fat 5g every two.
at 6' 185lbs 20%bf u need to gain muscle and u need to lose fat. u can drop the fat faster and then focus on adding mass later.
i agree with the logic above if ur test is bunk, adding dbol isnt gonna help.
