Keto diet..... ok to stack carbs before gym?
Im on a keto diet right now and have lost 10lbs so far. But im weak as s*** in the gym. I cant rep any weight before i started the keto diet i was doing way more weight and around 6-10 reps. Now i can only get two reps with same weight. So my question is if i stack carbs before my workout would it mess up my keto diet. I need to loose fat first, so muscle gain is not what im after, i just would like to keep what strength i have. So bottom line will it bring my body out of keto if i stacked 60carbs before gym?
