Aside from water of course, what is your preferred liquid of choice?
Do you stick to water and shakes, milk, or juice?
If you drink milk do you prefer Whole, 2%, of Skim?
Me personally, I avoid juices, sometimes I will indulge in a cup of apple juice but no more than 2-3x a week. I love milk, I usually go with skim milk 90% of the time. I drink a lot of water of course.
I do shakes but generally speaking I try not to fluff them up with much. If I do add something besides a minimum amount of water it will only be other foods I had planned in one of my meals anyway. For example I sometimes I add my bananas and yogurt into the shake.
Are there any other options I haven't explored? I have been dieting fairly strictly for a few years now and am just tired of the same old things and trying to explore other options.
