    sample diet, need help and opinions

    age: 21
    height: 172cm
    weight 77kg
    bf: approx 15 %

    Goal: trying to gain weight, dont mind putting a bit of fat on but do not want my bodyfat to increase over 17%

    I been following this diet for a while now, ive made a bit of gains but am sorta stuck now, not sure whether to increase or decrease carbs because i am starting to slowly gain bodyfat, im keeping well above 2g of protein per kilo of body weight as well, here is the diet i been following, keep in mind im also gluten intolerent

    breaakfast:
    40g protein, 70g Carbs - buckwheat pancakes with micellar casein
    lunch:
    40g protein, 100g carbs - sweet potatoe, brocolli beans, chicken/turkey
    afternoon:
    40g protein, 110g carbs - tuna, brown rice and muesli/ or protein shake
    dinner:
    40g protein, 110g carbs - wholegrain gluten free pasta and kangaroo/beef
    pre workout: 8g glutamine, 9g BCAA's, 8g Creatine
    post workout:
    40g protein, 45g carbs - hydrolyzed whey powder , dextrose, creatine
    before bed:
    32g protein,35g carbs - mince beef, white potatoe and orange juice

    Total: 192g protein
    470g carbs

    No fat ^.- ? You're probably just eating too much, if your still gaining LBM but gaining more fat than you'd like, try decreasing total calories.

    Do you know your TDEE?

    take your cals to 3400
    protein seems reasonable
    diet seems reasonable

    and kangaroo, huh? how's that taste?

    seems pretty straight forwrad thanks for the chart
    i might try and increase protein by another 20g per day and drop carbs by 20g and see where that leaves me after a couple of weeks
    im in australia so kangaroo is sold at pretty sold at every supermarket,
    its very lean tastes awesome and so easy to cook!

    Really nice actually, haven't had it in a while so I can't give a good description.. but I remember it being damn good
