I am doing 200-300 grams of R-ALA with my two post workout meals, and I am going to add 5000mg of CLA to the meals also. On cardio only days, I will spread the same amount of CLA over my 6meals.
pretty much the same for me.
no carbs no ala, so for me that is 300mg in my two post workout meals. only time i have carbs.
i take about 10g of cla a day. has a shitty after taste though
So what you are saying is no ALA unless you have it with carbs? And as for the Cla take it spread throughout the day after every meal? Please try to clarify thanks Guys!
On workout days take the CLA in your post work out meals. On non-workout days spread it over all your meals. ALA with carb meals.
