    Max LBM gain per week

    Hej folks,

    I'm looking around in hope to find info on that topic. Is there a rule of thumb of how much lbm/weight gain per week you can get/should aim for on your cycle? I.e. like the table below for lean gaining naturally?


    RATE OF MUSCLE GROWTH NATURALLY
    Beginner
    1-1.5% of total body weight per month
    Intermediate
    .5-1% of total body weight per month
    Advanced
    .25-.5% of total body weight per month

    And please no "dirty bulk broscience" answers

    You state on 'cycle'. If you're running compounds, how much lbm you gain greatly depends on which compounds you are running, how many cycles you've ran in the past, etc. It's really difficult to do without knowing all the specifics along with your stats, and even then chances are it won't be 100% accurate.

    Totally makes sense, now that you layed it out like that.
    There are much more things to consider, which influences the weight gain than there's naturally.

    Very well put

    Within the first year of cycling I gained close to 20 pounds of LBM. Now, I would be lucky to see a 5+ year while running gear.
